(A) Whole cell biotransformation of octane with intermittent glucose feeding using a biomass concentration of 3. 6 g L BRM -1in a 40 ml vial using 1 ml bioreaction mixture and 300 μl octane. Active CYP153A6 was also observed over duration of reaction. (B) Glucose concentration and acetic acid formation were monitored.
