Impact of FeCl 3 concentration on CYP153A6 expression in LB {} and glucose based defined medium {}. Harvested biomass was re-suspended in 0.2 M Sodium Phosphate buffer containing glucose and used for octane biotransformation. Rate of octanol production was determined using biomass from both LB {□} and chemically defined medium {} at 23°C.
