  1. The cells were grown at 37°C for 30 h in shake flasks containing modified E2 medium supplemented with 10 g L-1 glucose, 1 g L-1 NZ-amines and 100 μg mL-1 ampicillin. The standard deviations were obtained from three independent measurements.
