High-yield production of biologically active recombinant protein in shake flask culture by combination of enzyme-based glucose delivery and increased oxygen transfer

The measurements were performed for 100 ml of aqueous solution at 30°C with 250 rpm shaking (25 mm offset). Both flask types were sealed with air-permeable membrane seal. The oxygen transfer rates were determined in triplicate measurements and used for calculation of the K_La values.
