Growth performance of the reengineered C. glutamicum ΔLEU ARG+ strains. The mutations MetC/PbrnQ* Mrp1AH335P and MetC/PbrnQ* Mrp1CG29D were introduced into ΔLEU ARG+ and the resulting strains tested in supplemented monoculture and in a CoNoS setting.
