Potential anti-inflammatory effect of SCA and SCB in preventing TNFα-mediated NF-κB p65 nuclear translocation in HaCaT cells. Twenty-four hours after the treatment with 10 μM of SCA and SCB, HaCaT cells were stimulated with 10 ng/mL TNFα for 1 h. Then, p65 NF-κB nuclear translocation was assessed by immunofluorescence. DMSO- and betamethasone-treated cells were included in the assay as negative (vehicle) and positive controls, respectively. White arrows indicate some p65-negative nuclei.
