Lithoautotrophic cell growth curves of the engineered strains overexpressing the heterologous RuBisCo (rbcLXS) and the transcriptional regulators (cbbR and/or regA) under nitrogen-limited conditions (0.2 g/L of (NH₄)₂SO₄) with the different initial optical densities of 0.2 (A, C) and 2 (B, D), respectively.
