2.5-L bioreactor cultivations III-V with a pH-coupled feed and 50 g/L CaCO3. The pH was controlled with 10 M acetic acid (III), 10 M acetic acid pH 3.0 (IV), or 10 M acetic acid pH 4.5 (V).
