The lysine titers (A), lysine yields (B) and OD600 (C) of E. coli MG1655 SCEcL3 harboring different synthetic acid-tolerance modules and the parent strain E. coli MG1655 SCEcL3 cultured for 48 h in an industrial fermentation medium maintained at pH 6.8 or pH 6.0.
