Effect of dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration on the production of amino acids and organic acids. The DO-stat method was started after 24 h of cultivation, and five DO levels (0, 1.3, 2.6, 5.3, and 8.0 ppm) were implemented and controlled by the speed of agitation during 3-amino-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (3,4-AHBA) production by recombinant C. glutamicum strain KT01. The data are presented as averages calculated from the results of duplicate independent experiments
