Supernatants from HA.Nan, HA.Pex, HA.Ran and control HA.CPOTud strains were collected after 72 h of cultivation in SD-2xSCAA medium. Three antibody fragments were detected by ELISA signals (absorbance values are displayed as OD450) using anti-6x-His-tag monoclonal antibody, HA.CPOTud as a negative control. Results are average values ± SD of biological triplicates (Nan) and duplicates (Pex and Ran)
