C57BL/6 J mice (male, 6–8 weeks of age, n = 10–14 for each group) were intravenously injected with PBS, 0.28 mg/kg rhIL-15 or 1 mg/kg IL-15/SuIL-15Rα-IgG4 Fc complexes.
