The data show the correlation of absolute levels between production on a mannitol-based medium (J1074/R2) and a mannitol-based medium, supplemented with 3 mM l-valine (J1074/R2 + Val) at three different timepoints (a, b, and c). In addition, the data from the l-valine supplemented process are mapped on the pathways of CoA thioester metabolism, whereby the size of the given circles represents the absolute concentrations at each timepoint (1, 2, 3), and the color represents the respective log₂-fold change, as compared to the control J1074/R2 without the amino acid. n = 3
