SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus neutralization assay. Neutralizing antibody titers were measured after oral administration of EBY100/pYD1-RBD. Sera (n = 10 mice/group) were collected on day 14 and day 28 after the first immunization and serial dilutions were incubated with a pseudovirus displaying the SARA-CoV-2 Spike and co-incubated with ACE2- HEK293T cells.
