Five mM maltotriose (M3) (a), maltotetraose (M4) (b), and amylopentaose (M5) (c) were incubated with 1 µM NFAmy13B or NFAmy13A for various time periods (5 min, 20 min, 60 min and 2 h), respectively, and their conversions were calculated according to HPAEC-PAD analysis.
