Verifications of constructed plasmids. Constructed plasmids were digested by EcoRI/HindIII restriction enzymes and separation by agarose gel electrophoresis. All plasmids were digested into two parts as shown in lanes. The lanes of pWB980 and pWB980-DB were 3337 bp, 450 bp and 2938 bp, 450 bp respectively. Lanes pUC980-1, pUC980-2, pUC980-5, pUC980-6, pUC980-7 and pUC980-8 were digested into the 3826 bp and 450 bp regions. Lanes pUC980-3 and pUC980-4 resulted into 2938 bp and 1338 bp regions.
