Effect of the predicted N-terminal signal peptide on the activity of recombinant OaCLH. Specific activities of purified full-length and truncated OaCLHs were measured with the standard chlorophyllase activity assay method, using Chl a as the substrate. The Bradford method was used to quantify the protein. Values are the means ± SD of three independent experiments
