Regulation of cAMP signalling pathway on the MonAzPs biosynthesis in engineered M. purpureus HJ11. The concentration of cAMP was negatively regulated by MrPDE. PKA, which was activated by cAMP, modulated the expression of MonAzPs biosynthetic gene cluster indirectly.
