Effects of TAK-242 on the mRNA expression of TLR4/JAK2/STAT3 in colitis tissue. The mRNA levels of TLR4, JAK2 and STAT3 were determined by real-time PCR. Compared with the control group, the DSS group had greatly increased mRNA levels of TLR4, JAK2 and STAT3 (*p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001).Compared with the DSS group, TAK242 treatment significantly decreased the mRNA levels of JAK2 and STAT3 (#p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001)
