Effects of TAK-242 on the expression of TKR4/JAK2/STAT3 in colitis tissue. The protein expression levels of TLR4, JAK2 and STAT3 were evaluated by western blotting. β-Actin was used as an internal control. The relative band intensity of each protein was measured and compared with that of β-actin. Compared with the control group, the DSS group showed an obvious upregulation of the protein expression of TLR4, JAK2 and STAT3protein expression (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001).Compared with the DSS group, the group treated with 3 mg/kg TAK-242 exhibited no notable change in TLR4 expression, while the groups treated with 10 mg/kg TAK-242, as well as 5-ASA, exhibited a marked downregulation of TLR4 expression (#p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001)
