Mucic and residual d-galacturonic acid concentrations in 24-well plate cultures of Trichoderma sp. transformants. Trichoderma sp. LF328 and its transformants T2 and T3 were grown in 4 ml medium containing pure d-galacturonate and lactose (a), d-xylose (b), d-glucose (c) and glycerol (d) as co-substrate.
