The E. coli cells expressing eGFP (df), IeGFP (gi), eGFP-I (jl), torA-eGFP (mo) or pelB-eGFP (pr) were observed by inverted confocal microscope (Leica SP8). The cells of T304 strain (ac) were used as the negative control.
