Combinatorial biosynthesis of phenylbutanoids zingerone and benzylacetone from supplemented phenylpropanoid- and diketide precursors using C. glutamicum M-CoA ΔldhA pMKEx2-basRpCg-curAEcCg pEKEx3-udhAEcCg. Cultivations were performed in 50 mL CGXII medium with 4% glucose and either 3.09 mM diketide or 5 mM phenylpropanoid precursors in baffled flasks at 30 °C and 130 rpm for 72 h.
