TLC analysis of the hydrolysis products of Gal1Man3, Gal3.4Man5 and locust bean gum by ScAGal. 0.3 U/mL ScAGal were incubated at 40 °C with 2.5 mg/mL of the substrate previously hydrolysed with 1.2 mL β-mannosidase, and samples were collected at 1, 4 and 24 h of reaction. Gal1Man3 (A24), Gal3,4Man5 (B24) and locust bean gum (G2) were digested with β-mannosidase for 24 h. S6, Gal1Man3 control; A0 shows Gal1Man3 at zero reaction time; G, galactose control; M, mannose control; G1, galactomannan control; G3 shows G2 hydrolysed with ScAGal for 24 h.; 8 μL of sample and 4 μL of control were used
