The SEM images of the bacterial–fungal physical attachment. The axenic samples were collected from bacterium P. fulva SB1 culture (A 12 h) and Shiraia sp. S9 culture (B 4 days). The mixed samples were collected from the co-cultures at different cultivation time (C, D 2 h, E 12 h, F 24 h, G 36 h and H 48 h). The fungus S9 treated by live SB1 at 200 cells/mL on day 4.
