The set of ten reactions, panels a–j,  belonging to Category 2 (C2). Reactions in C2 are associated with derivatives not present in iML1515 but are associated with E. coli in KEGG and/or EcoCyc. Each of the ten panels is divided into two sections (I) the balanced reaction developed by our workflow, that is also documented in KEGG, indicating the reactants, products, and the promiscuous enzyme, and (II) the RDM pattern showing the Reaction Center (R) in red where the biotransformation occurs
