Localization of CotG-TreS, CotC-TreS, and CotC-TreS–CotG-TreS fusion proteins as assessed by immunofluorescence microscopy. Spores were incubated with the mouse anti-His tag antibody (1:60, primary antibody), followed by probing with the FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (1:30, secondary antibody).
