  1. All reactions were carried out at 30 °C in 100 mM PBS buffer solution (pH 7.4) by using free ADHs (0.1 mg) and SporeE228S or SporeE228S-GDH (0.1 g). The concentration of AP was 8 g/L (≈ 67 mM)
