Asymmetric synthesis of (R)-PE by SporeE228S-GDH in freezing and thawing cycles. The SporeE228S-GDH was frozen at − 20 °C and was thawed at room temperature. The freezing–thawing process was repeated at least once a day. Some of SporeE228S-GDH was used for enantiospecific reaction, and the rest was taken back at − 20 °C
