  1. Cultivations were performed at 30 °C and 200 rpm for all conditions. The cells were grown aerobically in LB medium for 7 h and induced with IPTG after 2.5 h. The data for the calculation of the growth rate and generation time during the exponential phase was taken from time points at 1.5 h and 4.5 h
