  1. The substrate used here was steam-exploded corn stover (SECS). All the cellulases were harvested after 5 days fermentation and they were used in the form of crude enzymes in the fermentation broths
  2. The data about the cellulase activities were averages and the data about the enzymatic hydrolysis were presented in the form of average ± standard deviation
