Production of 1-butanol in the engineered Y. lipolytica Po1g strains. All the engineered Y. lipolytica Po1g strains were cultivated aerobically at 30 °C, with vigorous shaking in YPD broth and 1-butanol titers were determined at the 24-h time point.
