pGK1 mobilization with or without two sets of type I RM system in G. kaustophilus. Liquid cultures of the recipient strain (MK244 or MK72) and the donor strain YNB051 were mixed for pGK1 mobilization and plated on LB medium containing kanamycin (K) for transconjugants and no antibiotic for the recipient grown at 65 °C.
