Gas phase composition during the cultivation of G. thermodenitrificans DSM 465. Initial gas composition was 50% CO and 50% air. O2 (dark blue) decreased from 0.83 to ~ 0.03 mmol after 24.01 h. CO (dark red) decreased fractionally about 0.22 mmol. No hydrogen (dark grey) was detected. CO2 (dark yellow) increased during the cultivation to 0.49 mmol.
