Biosynthetic pathway and integration strategy of miox4 and udh for over-producing glucaric acid in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. PCR-amplified products including miox4 and udh genes controlled by strong promoters were integrated into the delta locus with over-lapping HIS3 homology.
