Total reducing sugars released from delignified corn stover by recombinant xylanase, rPcAxe and the enzymatic mix. Hydrolysis reactions were performed at 50 °C for 12 or 24 h with 2% (w/v) biomass loading. The amount of reducing sugars released was determined using the DNS method.
