Large-scale purification of STM2913 produced in P. stutzeri. STM2913 from S. enterica was heterologously produced in P. stutzeri and purified by Ni–NTA affinity chromatography followed by size exclusion chromatography (SEC). a SDS-PAGE analysis of purified STM2913.
