Comparison of the secretion efficiency of the chimeric TeTrCBH I protein expressed in L. starkeyi guided by three different signal peptides. Under the category of each signal peptide, lanes 1–4 represent the supernatants that were diluted by 27, 9, 3 and 1×, respectively. Culture supernatant was concentrated 35× first, and then diluted in series as indicated above.
