PhC1, 3, 5 etc.—escaped phages were spotted on the membranes. a Membrane with spotted phages was incubated with anti-pVIII antibody and then IRDye Detection antibody. b Membrane with phages was incubated with H-OspA-tagged with GFP and then anti-GFP antibody conjugated with C770 IRdye. c Input control for the antigen—H-OspA-tagged with GFP was spotted on the membrane and incubated with anti-GFP antibody conjugated with C770 IRdye. All secondary antibodies were conjugated with infra-red flurofores which enables quantification of signals in linear mode on infra red scanner (LI-Cor).
