hBD2 secretion from yeast strain DYB7 using the MET17 and PRB1 promoters. SDS-PAGE analysis for hBD2 secretion from the MET17 and PRB1 promoter with and without methionine applied to the growth media. 15 µL of BMMD SFC supernatant was analysed per lane by SDS-PAGE (NuPAGE® 12% Bis–Tris, MES SDS running buffer, Invitrogen). 10 μL SeeBlue® Plus2 Pre-stained protein standard (Invitrogen).
