For the vio genes, the transcription levels were detected at 3, 5 and 7 days in the wild-type strain and the mutant strain ΔwblA _so cultured in fermentation medium at 30 °C. For the whi and wbl genes, the transcription levels were detected in the wild-type strain and the ΔwblA _so mutant grown on MS plates at 30 °C for 4 days.
