Effects of FK506 on RVY97 and RVY102 assays functionality. Both RVY97 (a) and RVY102 (b) assays have been tested with or without FK506 at different concentrations of cortisone. In both assays an increased sensitivity to cortisone in presence of the Pdr5p inhibitor is shown. Each experiment was performed at least three independent times with similar results.
