  1. Reaction conditions: (1) aqueous buffer system: 500 mL TEA-HCl buffer (100 mmol/L, pH 6.5); 30 mmol/L MOPE, 0.3 g/mL immobilized beads; 70 mmol/L acetone; 30 °C; 180 rpm. (2) [C4MIM][PF6]/buffer system: 400 mL TEA-HCl buffer (100 mmol/L, pH 6.5), 100 mL [C4MIM][PF6]; 65 mmol/L MOPE; 0.3 g/mL immobilized beads; 122 mmol/L acetone; 30 °C; 220 rpm.
