Secretion analysis of recombinant Cel-Tfu0937 and N20-Tfu0937. Cells were harvested by centrifugation after 16 h of induction and washed with 1 mL of 100 mM MOPS (pH 7.0) and separated on 12 % SDS-PAGE. Sample aliquots of 20 μL were loaded onto the gel.
