Determination of Asd absolute concentration in the crude enzyme extract. Different amounts of purified Asd were added into the diluted crude extract and the reaction rates were measured. The Asd concentration in the diluted crude extract was calculated from the intersection on X-axis and from the dilution rate the absolute Asd concentration in the crude enzyme extract was calculated. Three replicates of this experiment.
