SDS-PAGE analysis of Vlm1 and Vlm2 expression during the bioreactor fermentation. Cells were collected at different time intervals from the bioreactor as shown on the top of the gels. Protein samples were separated on a 5% polyacrylamide gel. Vlm1 (370 kDa) and Vlm2 (284 kDa) are indicated by arrows. P insoluble protein, S soluble protein, M protein molecular weight marker.
