  1. aCells were harvested 6 h after IPTG induction. The enzyme in the soluble fraction was extracted from cells with a final OD600 = 10. The insoluble fraction was taken from cells with a final OD600 = 10 by centrifugation and this pellet was re-suspended in lysis buffer to the same volume.
