Transcriptional analysis of frdD and frdR1 genes in wild-type strain ZH66-WT and rifampicin-resistant mutant strain ZH66-RIF1. Transcripts were determined by RT-PCR (A) and real-time RT-PCR (B). The transcription levels were detected at 3, 5 and 7 days in strain ZH66-WT and strain ZH66-RIF1 grown on MS plates. Error bars indicated standard deviations (n = 3).
