Synthesized CBA does not have inhibitors for isobutanol production. A. Isobutanol production from AL17(pAL603) using 20 g/L glucose (20gL Glu), 40 g/L glucose (40gL Glu), gluconate (GA) or synthesized CBA (CBA Syn).
