In vivo cyproterone acetate conversion in bioreactor, using 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and DMSO for substrate solubilization. The reactions were carried out in 400 mL final volume with resting cells resuspended in 100 mM potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) at 30°C. The substrate was either pre-dissolved, in a 45% CD solution mixed overnight () or in DMSO (□) with a final concentration of 1 mM.
